Role Overview:

  • As a Creative Designer at Prune Payments, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually stunning designs and engaging motion graphics that communicate our brand identity, products, and campaigns effectively. You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure our creative assets leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create compelling designs across digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop dynamic motion graphics and animations for video content, advertisements, and explainer videos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visually appealing creative solutions.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) or equivalent tools to produce high-quality assets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations to keep our creative approach fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion graphics work, preferably in fintech or a tech-forward industry.
  • Proficiency in motion design software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D) and vector-based illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to create storyboards and visualize motion sequences effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, innovation, and brand alignment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas confidently.
  • Self-starter attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with 3D design, UI/UX design, or video editing.
