Key Job Description and Responsibilities
- Develop compelling graphics and visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, ads, and campaigns.
- Photography, Videography and video Editing.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms.
- Collaborate on campaign concepts and execution across marketing channels.
- Manage social media accounts, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize for growth.
- Produce short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics when needed.
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing, design, and social media.
Experience and Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and email marketing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a hunger to produce results.
