Position Overview
- We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Executive with expertise in both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design to lead creative projects that enhance our brand identity and deliver seamless user experiences across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design Creation:
- Develop engaging, on-brand graphics and visual content for websites, applications, marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visual content that communicates brand messages effectively.
UI/UX Design:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and create user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Ensure that design meets accessibility standards and best practices for UI/UX design.
Brand Development:
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Design and maintain a cohesive visual language across web, app, and print materials.
Collaborative Work:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with technical constraints and user needs.
- Provide guidance on design trends, styles, and standards.
Creative Strategy:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
Testing and Optimization:
- Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
- A/B test and analyze user interactions to optimize designs for better performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree or OND qualification with 3 - 10 years work experience.
- Proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.).
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design standards, accessibility guidelines, and user-centric design principles.
- Experience in HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of front-end development (JavaScript, React, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
