With Shuttlers App, Professionals can book a seat on a route, pay for a seat and track the arrival of their shuttles. Our goal is to help you commute to work and back home in the most comfortable, safe, fun and affordable way possible. Passengers shuttle in air-conditioned buses. Each route has been designed and customized to suit your commuting needs.

Job Summary

As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction of our brand and ensuring that our visual identity aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a masterful designer, and a collaborative leader who can inspire and guide a creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall creative vision for the brand, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. Translate business objectives into compelling and visually engaging creative concepts.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Delegate tasks and projects effectively, considering team members' strengths and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all channels. Ensure that all creative elements align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative elements into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Lead by example in producing high-quality designs, graphics, and visual assets for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Stay updated on design trends and technologies to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and creative quality is maintained.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product, and content, to ensure creative solutions align with overall strategy. Work closely with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or dynamic marketing environment.
  • Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Proficient in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
