Job Overview:

  • As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in our databases.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, accuracy, and availability, supporting the company's operations with critical data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Input, update, and retrieve data from the database systems.
  • Ensure data is accurately processed and available to relevant teams.
  • Generate reports and extract data for internal teams as needed.
  • Implement best practices for data security and management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot database issues and ensure data security.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Requirement:

  • Location: Must live within Ikeja or near environs
  • Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in any degree
  • Experience: One- or two-years' experience as a data administrator or similar role.
