Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data to create actionable BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
  • Statistical analysis on data
  • Continuously monitor business performance and compare against industry benchmarks. Make recommendations based on findings.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement data queries and extract information from databases.
  • Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and suggest strategies to enhance business operations.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of systems, processes, and strategies through data analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of business forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Must have at least 7 years relevant experience
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with data cleaning and transformation, as well as working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of database management and query languages (e.g., SQL).
