Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR consultants to understand client needs and define data requirements.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess HR-related data from various sources.
- Perform statistical analysis of employee data, including but not limited to performance metrics, engagement levels, turnover rates, and recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to clients clearly and compellingly.
- Use predictive modeling to forecast HR trends and outcomes.
- Identify patterns and insights within complex data sets to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Recommend evidence-based solutions to improve HR practices, including talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in HR analytics and data science
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent statistical analysis skills, with experience in predictive modeling and forecasting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
