Job Objectives:
Estrada International Staffing Solutions is seeking a talented and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key role in interpreting data, identifying trends, and creating data visualization tools to drive business growth and optimization.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Interpret data and analyze results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
Data Visualization:
- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards, charts, and graphs to present data analysis findings.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and platforms to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data visualization solutions meet business requirements.
Data Management:
- Manage and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Communicate complex data analysis results in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external use.
