Klasha was founded in 2018 in Lagos, Nigeria by a team of ex-Amazon, Shopify, Net-a-Porter and ASOS employees. It was founded to make consumer goods online more accessible to customers across Africa. At Klasha, we believe that consumers in Africa should have the same frictionless access to the goods they want regardless of their geographic location. So, we've built a couple of cool products to facilitate this.
About the role
Klasha is seeking a Data Analyst to work with the product team in delivering accurate data analysis and visualization for the organization. The Data Analyst should be able to deliver excellent stakeholder management and business impact while working within assigned timelines.
As an early-stage startup, you will come up with creative solutions, this position requires the ability to take ownership while working and within a team, communicate complex concepts in concise terms, prioritise tasks, and work with various departments efficiently.
Job Description
- Create dashboards for metrics monitoring and tracking.
- Create dashboards for internal teams' operational use.
- Track changes in product data and report to management.
- Be the point of contact for all data needs.
- Assist in product market research.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience developing complex dashboards on Metabase.
- Excellent data analytics, preparation and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

- Experience in user and market research
- Experience with languages such as python, R.
