Role Summary
- We are seeking a data-driven professional to lead our education and impact analytics.
- As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll drive data initiatives that inform key product and policy decisions across our education financing programs.
- You will design systems that help us understand the economics of schools, education access, and student progress in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data collection and analysis on education costs in public and private schools
- Build a database of private schools categorized by type, location, and registration status
- Analyze and visualize data on learning outcomes, school trends, and family education financing
- Oversee periodic “State of Education” reporting initiatives
- Support our student loan program by analyzing borrower segments and repayment patterns
- Mentor junior data team members and manage workflows
Requirements
- 3–6 years of data analytics experience
- Strong skills in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with survey design, field data collection, or impact analysis preferred
- Experience in education, financial inclusion, or development sectors is a strong plus
