Job Description
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Work with stakeholders across departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Present findings to management in clear, concise reports or visual formats.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent data quality across systems.
- Provide cross-time-zone support to teams in Nigeria and India, ensuring data accessibility and timely insights.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
Requirements
- Education: First degree in a related field with a demonstrated ability to work with data, derive insights, and communicate findings effectively. Preferred fields include Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or any related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Proficiency in other data visualization tools (SQL Tableau) is an added advantage.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (Python, R) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with international teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
