About the job

As a Business and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to understand company’s trends, develop metrics, and create visualization.
You will be required to work closely with various departments to ensure accurate data for business growth.

Responsibility

Test business processes and recommend improvements.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation processes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solution.
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations based on data findings.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
Maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Qualifications

3-5 years of work experience in data or business analysis or any related role.
Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Strong management and organizational skills
Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
