As an E-commerce Data Entry Clerk at Capsgain Solutions Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our delivery records and inventory management. Your primary responsibilities will include scanning, correcting, and organizing product and delivery information for seamless integration into our e-commerce systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and capture pertinent details from order and delivery records for accurate data entry.
- Organize and correct errors in a manner that optimizes swift and precise data capturing.
- Manage spreadsheets for inventory tracking.
- Enter and update order details into our e-commerce databases.
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams regarding encountered errors for resolution.
- Organize hard copies of product data for efficient retrieval as needed.
- Assist with additional duties to support the seamless functioning of e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Data Entry, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a data entry role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods with accurate and efficient typing skills.
