Job Summary
- The Data Entry Intern will work closely with the Customer Service Department to accurately capture, update, and manage client information, inquiries, and transaction records.
- The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update customer information in the company’s CRM and databases.
- Record client inquiries, complaints, and feedback accurately.
- Maintain and organize customer records (soft and hard copies where applicable).
- Generate basic reports for the Customer Service team.
- Assist in tracking customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Support the department with general administrative and documentation tasks.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree (or currently serving NYSC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of customer service processes is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
