Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into company databases and management systems.
- Update and maintain existing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify data for errors and correct any discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and prepare regular reports based on recorded data.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in data analysis and provide administrative support to relevant departments.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and resolve incompatibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Officer, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of data management software is an added advantage.
