Job Description
- We urgently needs to recruit a Data Officer who will be responsible for the effective development and maintenance of Data and records in the organization’s SAP database.
Job Roles / Responsibilities
- Compiling, verifying data accuracy and sorting of information to prepare source data
- Generate purchase order for all invoices of transactions within the company.
- Create and maintain register of entered and changed data
- Generate statistical reports based on maintained data on a periodic basis
- Liaise with supervisor regarding incomplete information and completing them.
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to the information received.
- Drafting relevant documents and reports
- Any other duty or responsibility assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years working experience in a well-structured / reputable organization as a Data Analyst / Officer with experience in Generating and raising of Purchase orders (POs) and the use of SAP.
