QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data warehousing Engineer or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and project coordinators
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any experience teaching/training people is a plus
- Experience with data warehousing solutions like Redshift
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data management services in AWS
- Experience with concepts like cdc, scd
- Knowledge of ELT and ETL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach detailed educational course content around Data Warehousing
- Create engaging training course content (such as code examples, quizzes and activities)
- Set learning objectives and determine criteria for evaluation.
- Organize additional resources for instructors and trainees
- Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use training materials
- Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback
