Role Summary

- As a Digital Intern, you’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Assistant and other team members to support design, content creation, product uploads, and marketplace management.

Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize visual content for social media, websites, and online stores
- Prepare product images for marketplace uploads (e.g., resizing, formatting, naming)
- Assist with managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Assistant on client campaigns and scheduled tasks
- Organize digital assets and maintain a shared workspace for creative resources
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal strategy meetings
- Stay updated on digital trends and suggest ways to improve design
Qualifications
- Basic design skills (experience with Canva, Corel Draw, Figma, or Adobe tools is an advantage)
- Interest or experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Jumia, Jiji, Konga)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a course or degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, digital marketing, communications, or IT)
