About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer who is passionate about scaling systems, automating operations, and driving infrastructure excellence.
- You’ll play a critical role in keeping our platform secure, fast, and highly available. You will manage deployments, improve our CI/CD pipelines (especially for Laravel, Node.js, and Python-based services), monitor system health, and optimize performance to ensure the best experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on Azure.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Laravel, Node.js, and Python-based services.
- Set up and manage load balancers to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Design systems capable of handling large numbers of concurrent users efficiently.
- Automate system configurations and processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Monitor application and server performance using observability and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support deployment, scalability, and troubleshooting.
- Implement security best practices across development, staging, and production environments.
- Proactively manage and resolve production incidents with urgency and precision.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies are in place.
- Stay updated on DevOps trends, cloud innovations, and security advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Deep understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
- Solid experience supporting Laravel, Node.js, and Python-based applications in production environments.
- Skilled with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar languages).
- Experience setting up and managing load balancing for high-availability systems.
- Knowledge of handling cloud infrastructures optimized for high-concurrency user traffic.
- Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and system performance tuning.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).
- Strong ownership mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a fintech or regulated environment is an added advantage.
