ABOUT THE ROLE
- We’re looking for a digitally fluent, creatively brilliant, and marketing-savvy team player to lead our online presence. You’ll be the heartbeat of our digital identity, turning our brand vision into compelling content, engaging storytelling, and strategic marketing campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- At BTV, we operate at the intersection of tech, marketing, and innovation — and we need someone who gets it, speaks that language fluently, and can make the internet feel it too. From bold ideas to measurable impact, you’ll be at the forefront of how we show up and scale online.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, social media, and/or brand storytelling
- A talented person who is eager and willing to learn, grow, and doesn’t shy away from challenges
- Exceptional writing skills — clever, concise, emotionally resonant, and always on-brand
- Experience managing content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with an understanding of what works where
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for content optimization is a plus
- In tune with digital culture, internet trends, emerging trends, and what sparks online engagement
- Knowledge of basic design and video editing using tools like canva, capcut, or generative AI
- Experience or working knowledge of no-code (like Lovable, Webflow, Notion, etc) for building landing pages or digital content hubs as well as managing low-code websites (e.g. WordPress)
- Comfortable using analytics dashboards, ad managers, and performance insights
- Bonus if you have experience working in tech, marketing, or startup environments
- Extra bonus if you’re familiar with using AI tools for content generation, repurposing, or automation
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Content Creation & Deployment
- Create engaging, strategic, and platform-specific content
- Write compelling copy, pair it with strong visuals, and schedule with precision
- Repurpose content across formats and platforms to maximize reach
Communications Management & Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with speed and personality
- Build relationships and keep our community feeling seen, heard, and excited
Brand Voice Champion
- Own and evolve our brand voice across channels
- Ensure every touchpoint, from tweets to carousels, is unmistakably BTV
Campaigns & Digital Promotion
- Conceptualize and execute online campaigns to drive visibility and brand growth
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction and rollout strategy
- Collaborate on campaign-specific microsites, lead magnets, or content hubs
- Use no-code/low-code tools to design and build simple, high-converting landing pages or digital resources, where required
- Manage and maintain low-code platforms like WordPress to ensure content is fresh, functional, and on-brand, where required
Ads & Digital Marketing
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) as needed
- Track performance, tweak creatives, and report on what’s working
Optimization & Insights
- Monitor analytics, audience trends, and platform updates
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions) and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Continuously test and iterate digital strategy for improvements based on data and brand goals
