  • Are you a talented and imaginative Digital Content Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal in client’s digital publishing efforts creating and overseeing captivating content that connects with their audience across multiple online platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure the seamless transition of their content to the digital realm and engage with their online community and track the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with authors and editors to generate and optimize written and visual content for digital platforms including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia content
  • Manage and maintain the publication schedule for digital releases, including eBooks, audiobooks, and online articles.
  • Monitor social media channels to engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions and maintain the quality and consistency of digital content.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure performance of digital campaigns in making data-driven decisions to enhance content strategies.
  • Implement search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices to improve the discoverability and ranking of digital content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote digital releases through various online channels.
  • Keep up with digital publishing trends and recommend innovations to improve our digital presence and connect with our audience.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a regular and organised content publishing schedule. What you need:

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and coordination, social media management, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Strong understanding of digital publishing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and a passion for digital storytelling.
  • Passion for literature and interest in publishing.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a changing digital landscape.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are an asset.
