Job Overview

  • We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Digital Content Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning, creating, and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience and ultimately drive profitable customer action.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s brand, audience, and marketing goals.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for new content and optimisation.
  • Define content KPIs and report on performance metrics regularly.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, writing, editing, design coordination, and publishing.
  • Createand overseethe production of blogs, newsletters, social media posts, website content, case studies, video scripts, white papers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers (internal or external) to maintain a consistent tone and quality.

SEO & Content Optimisation:

  • Optimise all content for SEO and readability; collaborate with SEO specialists to increase search visibility.
  • Stay updated on keyword trends and adjust content plans accordingly.

Team & Workflow Management:

  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to gather insights and content needs.
  • Supervise freelance writers, editors, or junior content creators, as needed.

Audience & Market Insights:

  • Understand the target audience’s needs, behaviours, and preferences through research and data analysis.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor content strategies to maintain content relevance and differentiation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Organic traffic growth
  • Content engagement rates (time on page, bounce rate, shares)
  • Lead generation and conversion rates from content
  • SEO ranking improvements
  • Content production and publishing timelines met

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in content marketing or editorial roles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
  • Experience with managing social media and email marketing content.
