Own and grow a personal brand across blog and social channels.
You’ll plan, create, and distribute content that builds authority, drives audience growth, and generates qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Ship high-quality longform content: Write SEO-friendly blog posts, thought pieces, and newsletters that educate and convert.
Operate the website end-to-end: Publish posts/pages, format for readability, add media/alt text, set metadata, and maintain basic site hygiene (links, 404s, page speed).
Grow social presence on LinkedIn, Threads, and X (Twitter): Draft posts and threads, schedule, repurpose longform into snackable assets, and engage meaningfully with comments/DMs.
Research job opportunities & apply on behalf of employer: Identify aligned roles, tailor CV/cover letters using provided materials, submit applications, track status, and prep short briefs for interviews.
Editorial operations: Maintain an idea backlog, a monthly content calendar, briefs, and an asset library; ensure version control and on-time delivery.
Reputation/brand monitoring: Track mentions, respond or escalate, and maintain a positive, consistent presence.
Compliance & confidentiality: Handle sensitive materials (CVs, applications, inbox) with discretion and follow platform and data-privacy best practices.
