Job Description:
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing our online marketing strategies, focusing on growing our brand presence, increasing lead generation, and driving conversions. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create and manage campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Manage SEO efforts, optimizing the website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), managing budgets and performance.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior through tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance digital campaigns and maximize engagement across channels.
- Create and manage social media content, email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies are innovative and effective.
- Provide insights and reports on digital campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with the team to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and business goals.
Job Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role, with a focus on digital campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Experience using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the interior design or home décor industry.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize ad spend.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships.
