Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, acquiring leads/customers, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Perform keyword research, optimize content, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, including creating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to feedback.
  • Email Marketing: Design and send out regular email campaigns, segment audience lists, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • PPC and SEM Management: Develop, run, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Website Management and Optimization: Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure optimized user experience and conversion on the website.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to understand competitor strategies, trends, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, SEO, and/or PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
