We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team at Capsgain Solutions Limited. The ideal candidate will be an expert in media buying, Facebook and Instagram ads, and performance marketing, with a strong track record of running successful campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI on all paid campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to boost ad performance.
- Develop retargeting strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
- Monitor and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and media buying.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing funnels.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
