Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO,etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to promote our restaurant’s offerings and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including daily posting, community engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotions, special events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain and update the restaurant website with current menus, events, and news.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback, ensuring positive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
