Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Digital Marketer with a strong background in generating leads within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to attract potential buyers for our landed properties and real estate offerings. Additionally, the candidate will implement and manage SMS marketing strategies to further engage and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our real estate properties.
- Utilize various online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to reach potential buyers.
- Implement retargeting campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Campaign Management:
- Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Test different ad creatives and strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
SMS Marketing:
- Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to engage potential leads and drive conversions.
- Segment and manage contact lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
- Track and report on SMS campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing and real estate.
- Contribute to the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation for the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Strong understanding of SMS marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
