Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across various platforms
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to promote products and special offers
- Coordinate with the retail team to align digital marketing efforts with in-store promotions
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance
- Manage SEO/SEM and Google Analytics to improve online visibility
- Create and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Experience in a retail store is important
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
