Job Summary
- Stella Maris Schools is seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer to enhance our online visibility, promote academic programs, and manage our digital communication strategy.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing school enrollment interest, building our brand online, and managing all digital platforms in line with our values and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with school goals (admissions, events, announcements)
- Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Collaborate with HR and Admin to promote recruitment and internal initiatives (e.g., #LifeAtStellaMaris)
Website & SEO:
- Manage the school’s website content and updates (e.g., admissions info, event banners, newsletters)
- Improve search engine rankings (SEO) through strategic content, metadata, and keyword research
- Monitor website analytics to optimize traffic and engagement
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow all school social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design and schedule engaging content including images, videos, stories, and reels
- Respond professionally to inquiries or comments on digital platforms
Content Development:
- Create and edit digital content (flyers, newsletters, admission posts, staff/student spotlights)
- Collaborate with departments to gather stories and highlight school culture
- Capture and edit photos and short videos for campaigns and events
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Generate monthly reports with actionable insights for improving future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / Master`s Degree with relevant experience.
