Responsibilities
Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital platforms to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and manage engaging content across various digital channels, including website, social media, email, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective multimedia content.

SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the company's search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient use of budget and maximizing ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to grow the company's social media presence.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Identify opportunities for website and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Digital Advertising:

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Optimize ad targeting and creative elements to achieve campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years work experience.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in social media, digital and field marketing.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
