Responsibilities
Digital Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital platforms to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create and manage engaging content across various digital channels, including website, social media, email, and blogs.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective multimedia content.
SEO and SEM:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the company's search engine rankings and visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient use of budget and maximizing ROI.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to grow the company's social media presence.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities for website and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Digital Advertising:
- Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize ad targeting and creative elements to achieve campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years work experience.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in social media, digital and field marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
