Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to engage our target audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive online growth. This position requires a mixture of creativity, analytical skills, and effective communication to deliver impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Details

  • Department: Marketing & Corporate Communications
  • Reporting Relationships: Reports to Team Lead, Marketing and Corporate Communications

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote VBank’s products and services.
  • Oversee and optimize the bank’s online presence, including the website, mobile app, and social media platforms.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach and website rankings.
  • Work with the content team to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.

Requirements

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Content creation skills (a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports.
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in digital banking and financial services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
