About the Role
- We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and proactive NYSC Digital Marketer whose primary responsibility will be lead generation and client acquisition. You won’t just be posting content — you’ll be actively hunting for potential clients, reaching out, following up, and closing deals.
- This role is ideal for someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, send that DM, follow up on leads, and keep the sales pipeline full.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads across multiple channels (social media, email, phone, events, referrals, etc.)
- Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, DMs, and other methods
- Follow up consistently on warm leads and existing prospects
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all client interactions
- Set appointments and book discovery calls for the business development team
- Work closely with the team to refine messaging, offers, and outreach strategies
- Support occasional digital marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes
Key Qualities We’re Looking For
- A strong sales mindset — persistent, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with cold outreach (calls, DMs, emails, etc.)
- Confident, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Quick learner who is open to feedback and coaching
- Strong interest in digital marketing, business development, and client acquisition
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
Qualifications
- Current NYSC corps member serving in Lagos
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be actively involved in helping Wildfire scale.
