Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer with expertise in YouTube content monetization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in growing YouTube channels, increasing engagement, and maximizing ad revenue. If you're passionate about digital marketing, YouTube, and content creation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow our YouTube channel and increase ad revenue
  • Optimize YouTube videos for maximum engagement, views, and ad revenue
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze video performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with our content creation team to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage and execute YouTube Ads campaigns to promote our channel and increase brand awareness
  • Analyze and report on YouTube channel performance, including views, engagement, earnings, and audience growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate YouTube marketing strategies with overall business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on YouTube content monetization
  • Proven track record of success in growing YouTube channels, increasing engagement, and maximizing ad revenue
  • In-depth knowledge of YouTube's algorithm, policies, and best practices
  • Experience with YouTube Analytics, YouTube Studio, and other video analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO, and content optimization
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
  • Certification in YouTube Marketing, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing (A plus)
