Job Description:

  • We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team.
  • As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with our audience effectively.
  • You will be responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns, crafting engaging social media content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze social media platforms to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for content optimization.
  • Produce compelling social media content, including posts, stories, and multimedia assets, aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Engage with followers, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across various social media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and social media engagement.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different digital channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics is preferred.
