Job Description:

- You will be responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns, crafting engaging social media content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze social media platforms to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for content optimization.
- Produce compelling social media content, including posts, stories, and multimedia assets, aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Engage with followers, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across various social media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and social media engagement.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics is preferred.
