We seek a talented and passionate Digital Marketing and Public Relations Executive to help us scale visibility, increase audience engagement, and position Romanspage as the brand of choice for training, talent development, and HR support services.

This role will lead the design and execution of digital campaigns and public relations initiatives that grow Romanspage’s online presence, generate quality leads, and promote our brand offerings, especially Coursademia and HR/training services to businesses and individuals.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and strategic doer who combines storytelling, analytics, and marketing technology to deliver results.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
  • Manage content strategy and publishing across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with a strong ROI focus.
  • Optimize SEO for the Romanspage website and Coursademia platform.
  • Drive awareness and conversion for Romanspage’s service lines and digital courses.
  • Build public perception and credibility through media outreach and partnerships.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, success stories, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Secure media features and speaking opportunities for the brand and team leads.
  • Support thought leadership positioning through campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and interviews.
  • Write compelling copy for social, email, blogs, website, and promotional materials.
  • Work with the design team to produce creatives that reflect the brand voice.
  • Develop messaging that appeals to our diverse audiences: SMEs, jobseekers, learners, and donors.

Qualifications

  • First degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and/or PR.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and campaign execution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for youth empowerment, training, and brand storytelling.
  • Good use of Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ubersuggest), CRM platforms, and video editing is a plus
