Job Description

Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:

  • Development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, SEO, paid advertising)
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics

Content Marketing:

  • Research and identify relevant content topics and keywords
  • Develop and publish informative and engaging blog posts, articles, and other content
  • Manage content calendar and editorial workflow
  • Promote content across various channels

Marketing Automation:

  • Set up and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, CRM)
  • Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics (website traffic, leads, and conversions)
  • Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a relevant internship
  • Google Certification (Ad-words Fundamentals and Analytics) is a plus
  • Time management skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and research paid search issues to formulate tangible solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various digital marketing channels and audiences.
  • Creative and analytical skills, and the ability to design and create appealing and effective graphics and videos for digital marketing, as well as measure and optimize their performance and impact.
  • Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Canva, etc.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with trends
