Revent Technologies Limited is a technology solutions provider for dynamic organizations, providing bespoke software design and development, developer outsourcing and technology advisory, etc. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our international client, a global digital cross-border payments service provider with operations in over 10 countries.
THE ROLE
- We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist to drive growth across Africa. You will own the execution of our marketing campaigns, build sales and branding assets for key segments - including banks, trade associations, importers/exporters, informal corridor traders, and sovereign buyers and help position us as the defining trade platform for the continent (Africa).
- This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of marketing, brand, and commercial growth. You will work directly with the commercial team and create assets that close deals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, WhatsApp, and SMS - tailored to African corridor markets and audiences
- Create compelling sales assets, pitch decks, landing pages, and campaign materials for our target segments across the full sales cycle
- Develop and enforce brand consistency across all our touchpoints and languages (English, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Swahili)
- Track campaign performance and optimise for trader registrations, partner onboarding, and platform engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the commercial team to produce bespoke materials for key accounts - banks, chambers of commerce, governments, and trade associations
- Manage our digital presence, including social channels, website content, and email newsletters
- Brief and manage external designers, agencies, and content creators as needed
- Support the Digital Business and innovation department with the marketing and branding assets to grow its influence on the continent.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within fintech, trade finance, or a pan-African business.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality marketing and branding assets - pitch decks, landing pages, one-pagers, and social content
- Strong understanding of African markets - their diversity, languages, and digital channels
- Experience running campaigns in mobile-first, low-bandwidth environments
- Excellent written communication in English; French or Portuguese is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) and marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or similar)
- Comfortable working across multiple segments and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Curiosity about African trade, AfCFTA, and financial inclusion is a genuine plus.
