Job Summary

  • Designing and implementing online marketing strategies across all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate the marketing team to implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage the company’s social media platform and web advertising.
  • Develop social media strategies.
  • Identify the latest trends and technology within the industry and adopt them for optimal effect.
  • Analyzing site traffic, including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion.
  • Assessing the online user experience and developing strategies to increase NPS.
  • Maintaining customer communications with weekly reports, news articles, and industry guides.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement the organization’s digital marketing budget.
  • Preparing and presenting digital marketing reports.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry, ideally proven by certificates of various (online) courses & trainings.
  • Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven results
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience with social media networking and advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques.

Required Skills / Attributes:

  • Creative mindset to create content with a focus on achieving commercial results
  • At least intermediate skills in content creation with various tools such as Photoshop and video-editing tools
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
