Main Purpose of the Job
- We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Media Executive to lead our organization’s digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with expertise in various digital channels and analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, engage and boost engagement on all social media platforms
- Handle digital media activities across the businesses.
- Manage, monitor and optimise websites, mailing lists and all digital activities across the businesses
- Create (and oversee persons involved in creating) compelling and relevant content for all digital expressions of the group of companies which includes but is not limited to Facebook, WhatsApp, threads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter etc
- Build and foster a strong sense of community across the Company’s platforms via digital and physical activities that will build meaningful connections
- Stay up-to-date on digital media innovations whilst also receiving audience/company feedback which will be used to refine marketing strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree /Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Ensure successful digital adverts are developed and run to attain the Company’s strategic objectives
- Develop strategy, timetable and posts for the social media platforms of all business activities, initiatives and expressions of the group of companies
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and all digital media activities for the Company.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
