DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy Development and Implementation
- Build, plan and implement Digital Marketing strategies for new and existing product offerings, setting the overall digital marketing plan every 90 days.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Oversee execution of SEO/SEM, email and display advertising campaigns.
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Assist with overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Attend bi-weekly meetings with CEM, Sales, Telesales & Marketing Communications Manager to ensure all product offerings are performing successfully B) Reporting and Data Optimization
- Gather, analyze and interpret relevant data to optimize digital marketing efficiency and quality
- Acquire data and contacts from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- Measure, report and evaluate all relevant metrics (performance, website traffic, service quotas, target audience psychographics, behavioural patterns as well as customer engagement and retention) of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify and report the latest trends, insights and technologies affecting our industry to optimize spend and performance
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation and mining to achieve marketing communication deliverables.
