- The ideal candidate is expected to have experience and passion for digital technologies and all major digital marketing channels and tools.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor the overall digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best digital marketing practices
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display, etc)
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
- Manage and improve online content, paying attention to SEO, domain authority and community building.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, organize their distribution and
- ensure growth of newsletter subscribers.
- Provide creative ideas for content creation
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Sense of ownership for the brand
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
