Key Responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management

  • You need to be able to develop and implement strategies to grow our brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and analyze content to improve engagement and follower growth.
  • It will be important that you also monitor industry trends, understand our competitors and refine content strategy to fill existing gaps.

Campaigns and Lead Generation

  • This is very important to us. First, you need to be able to design and manage campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for sales.
  • Second, we want you to demonstrate expert knowledge that helps align marketing activities with sales objectives and leverage retargeting strategies.

Content Creation

  • As you most likely know, social media runs on the wheel of content. We don’t want you to take the generic approach to content creation. We need you to have a holistic and novel approach that will ensure that the contents rolled out on our social media platforms are creative and tailored to meet the need of our target audience.
  • We want to maintain a consistent messaging across platforms through cross-team collaboration and it will be important for you to be a key-driver of this initiative.
  • We publish weekly articles. We need you be an expert at writing well-researched, intent-based and optimized blogposts.

Performance Analysis

  • You have to be able to track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for better ROI.
  • We want you to be able to implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings on SERPs.
  • You will also manage paid ads to maximize reach and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, SEO techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills.
