Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI analysis to drive continuous improvements.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, targeting, and creative elements.
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Develop compelling and engaging content for ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the content team to align paid campaigns with the overall content strategy.
- Create landing pages and ad-specific content to maximize conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing our social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and community building.
- Support the creation of a social media content calendar and strategize ways to increase brand visibility.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Collaborate with the team to optimize our website's SEO, ensuring high visibility in search engine results.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Help in defining target audiences and refining customer personas.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, forming alliances with other companies, and expanding the company's reach into new markets or customer segments.
Qualifications
- Recently graduated with a Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
