Role Summary

  • The Digital Marketing & IT Specialist is responsible for driving online visibility, sales growth, and digital innovation for Onyx Beauty Hub.
  • This role combines creative marketing execution with technical expertise, ensuring all digital platforms (website, ads, analytics, automation systems) function optimally and deliver measurable results.
  • The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, with strong knowledge of digital tools, performance marketing, and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Drive traffic, engagement, and conversion optimization across all digital platforms.
  • Identify new growth opportunities including SEO, influencer collaborations, and email funnels.
  • Manage and maintain the company website (Shopify/WordPress or custom).
  • Ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO optimization are consistently maintained.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and implement timely fixes.
  • Integrate and manage tools such as payment gateways, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Implement and manage tracking systems including pixels and tags for accurate performance measurement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Track key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and product storytelling content.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and customer journey automation.
  • Implement CRM systems for customer segmentation and retention strategies.
  • Optimize product pages and overall e-commerce experience for higher conversions.
  • Implement upsell, cross-sell, and cart recovery strategies.
  • Recommend and implement new digital tools, automation systems, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve digital performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce or beauty industry)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Technical skills in website management (Shopify/WordPress), Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing tools
