Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for the company, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to drive campaign success and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to ensure digital marketing efforts align with business goals and product launches.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the development and execution of engaging content across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, making recommendations to enhance the company’s digital presence.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives when needed.
  • Stay abreast of changes in digital marketing regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to improve organic search rankings.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring marketing professionals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
