About this role
- The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our marketing strategy, execution, and operational management for Grazac initiatives. You will work with content creators, designers, social media strategists, program/community managers, and customer support to increase awareness of our academy and create strategies to increase revenue.
- The Digital Marketing Manager should be an individual who is growth-oriented, resourceful, entrepreneurial at heart, and conscious of the bottom line.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
- Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all digital channels.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Lead and oversee the activities of the Growth/Marketing Team.
- Communicate and represent the team where necessary, internally and externally.
- Create strategies to drive more talents to learn with our academy.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality of talents produced, and team member performance.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer
- Understanding of basic and general marketing channels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
