Job Summary

  • The Company is seeking an experienced Digital Brand Manager to spearhead our initiatives with a high focus on food and beverages in expanding market presence online, building brand awareness and visibility, driving digital channel traffic, delivering quality and aspirational experiences through innovative campaigns or partnerships that align with the brands, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Content Development:

  • Design and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships) to align with brand goals and consumer insights.
  • Lead digital marketing content strategy.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure brand consistency and oversee the final work delivery.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Manage and oversee the campaign and partnership execution
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to create engaging content, track performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Excellent ability to do budget forecasting and budget management
  • Implement A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and ROI-driven campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing) to maximize conversions. 
  • Lead campaigns and partnership development that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, sales) using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. 
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Partner with external agencies (creative, tech) and influencers to execute campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify emerging digital technologies (e.g., AI-driven tools, hybrid events) to enhance brand storytelling and consumer interaction.

Requirements

  • Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 7+ years in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverages.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and campaign tracking.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar)
  • Leadership and project management expertise to oversee teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Strong understanding of local consumer behavior and digital culture in Nigeria.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
