Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging digital content including graphics, short videos, infographics, reels, and marketing copies.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Monitor website traffic, analytics, and SEO performance, and recommend strategies for improved ranking.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on emerging digital trends and tools.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and lead-generation funnels.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and support online customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, branding, communication) to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Support offline marketing when necessary — activations, photoshoots, branding projects, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media tools.
  • Ability to create digital designs (Canva or similar tools required).
  • Experience in creating and managing paid ads on Meta and Google.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and campaign insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be available for immediate resumption.
  • Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas or be willing to commute daily.
