  • Role Description
  • As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for digital trends, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in driving successful digital campaigns.
     

Key Accountabilities

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Formulate, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Content Creation and Management:

  •  Develop and curate engaging content for various digital platforms.
  •  Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Social Media Management:

  • Execute and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors, providing insights for continuous improvement.

SEO and SEM:

  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, maximizing ROI.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and refine strategies for better results.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance.
  • Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Essential Requirements

  • Handling Social media tools like MailChimp, Ads Manager, Some knowledge of Wordpress.
  • A strong grasp of online platforms, proficiency in analytics tools, strategic thinking, creativity, effective communication skills, knowledge of SEO and SEM, social media expertise, and the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends.
  • Graphic design proficiency, video editing skills, understanding of content marketing, email marketing expertise, knowledge of web development basics, familiarity with marketing automation tools, and a continuous commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
